The Organising Committee of the 4th Conference on Differential Equtions and Control Theory have the pleasure of inviting you to participate in DECT 2017 to be held on the 27-30 September 2017 in Świnoujście, Poland. The first edition of the Conference was held in Kharkiv, Ukraine in 2016 and was organised jointly by V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University and University of Szczecin and since then it is an annual opportunity to exchange knowledge and the latest research trends in Differential Equtions and Control Theory for researchers from all over Europe.
